Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open Thunderbird 91.1.0 (64-bit, Windows 10).
Open "Tools --> Message Filters".
In the list of existing filters click on the column "Enabled" to disable some filters.
Click on top right X button to close "Message Filters" window (there is no explicit Save button).
Re-open "Tools --> Message Filters".
Actual results:
All filters are in state "Enabled".
Expected results:
The disabled filters should be disabled.
Note: this feature worked fine in TB 78. Behavior started only after upgrade to TB 91, when all filters got enabled automatically: even the ones that were disabled before upgrade.

This is bug 1727366. The disabling is working, it's just not shown correctly in the UI. It will be fixed in 91.1.1.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
