Steps to reproduce:

Chose theme Suave to Thunderbird 94.0b2 (64 bit).

Actual results:

The theme does not show. Just looks dark.

Expected results:

Theme Suave should have displayed correctly (as with earlier versions of Tb).

Henry, another fallout of bug 1707211. Themes with background images do no more work with the same security error.

ok, I'm guessing these are from the --lwt-background- variables?

Note that the these variables are also used in other skin files which are from before my changes and produce the same security error. E.g. https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/b9c1d3f9ad38c4223958cff36522f3372a34f4dd/mail/themes/shared/mail/themeableDialog.css#70

Yes

So there must be some change in the security because in 91 it still works.
