Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
It's annoying, the new version 91 of Thunderbird detects almost all my mails as fraudulent....
Even Mozilla mails are considered fraudulent!
I have disabled everything. Spam detection and fraud detection.
Nothing works, Thunderbird keeps declaring my mails as fraudulent!
It's getting exhausting, I'm considering changing my email client.
Every time I do a major upgrade, it's always the same series of problems...

Happens also after Help > Troubleshoot mode?
Hello,
It seems that the troubleshooting mode solves the problem...

Generally a good idea to test troubleshoot mode.
I vaguely recall we've had a bug report about this in the past.
Which add-on is causing this for you?
If I disable the add-ons in "normal" mode, the problem is unchanged...

Hello,
After several manipulations, I noticed that the MailHops add-on is responsible.
You have to deactivate the country filter.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm not used to looking at add-ons yet...
Thanks for everything!
Alex.
