Reproducible: 100% To reproduce: 1) Send yourself a new massage and observe that a folder now is marked as having new messages (green down arrow in "modern"). 2) Without going to that folder, restart Mozilla. Actual: Folder no longer marked as having new messages (only as having unread ones). Requested: still marked.
