This probably depends on the details on how the site initializes the downloads, but I don't have a public repro case.
STR:
- Initiate a bunch of downloads.
- Download picture from photos.google.com.
- Right click a previous download, "Go To Download Page".
- Arrive at the photos.google.com (site corresponding to first download), not the site for the actual download.
In the screenshot, I would right-click the anode.com link, but end up on photos.google.com.
