Edit > Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings > Outgoing Server (SMTP) > Advanced Some of the SMTP servers POP3 (in my case) listed there are twice present. So I have the default connection listed twice.
Always, really always add the build ID in a bug report. Please upgrade to mozilla1.2b if don't use 1.2b or a recent (7 days) old nightly build. There are 2 bugs fixed in this area... (and be sure that you install 1.2b in a COMPLETE empty directory)
