Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://www.corellium.com/
  2. Scroll past the glowing square with the word "CHARM" inside.

Actual results:
Stuttering, jank

Expected results:
Smooth scroll

Glenn, any ideas? I don't see anything too particularly special in the profile.

There seem to be some long composites where the renderer thread spends a lot of time blocked inside syscalls.

These seem to roughly correlate with times when the worker threads are all busy rasterizing blobs. What's the configuration this machine is running (specifically, it'd be interesting to know how many cores there are, I wonder if we're seeing thread starvation here?).
