Lottie is a library that parses Adobe After Effects animations
exported as JSON and renders them to <svg> elements.
Lottie animations often use gratuitous amounts of filters.
Off the top of my head, I know that at least google.com,
Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and Discord use Lottie,
so it is important to track issues that may affect it.
