Add a cron job for the config5 indexer and add wubkat to the list of repositories listed on the frontpage so wubkat (webkit) updates on a daily basis.

It probably makes sense to have the help.html entry we show at the root of searchfox.org read as wubkat (unsupported, unofficial webkit index).

I did this as a ride-along for the fixes for bug 1766925 where I also set config3 to a weekly cron job.
