Just tested the (excellent) security.prompt_for_master_password_on_startup prompt and it has a white background with not text (possible white text) as per screenshot.
TB 91.11.0, with "System theme" enabled
macOS 12.4, Appearance set to dark

Was fixed in bug 1771700. Upgrade to 102.
