Should make sure to fix this when fixing bug 1779100.

- TB91 contact having 29-Feb as birthday (without year)
- update to 102
Actual result
- Card display on 102 shows birthday as 1-Mar (if current year is not a leap year) - clearly false!
Expected result
- Display birthday correctly as 29-Feb (even if it's not a leap year)
