New address book doesn't seem to recognize Cardbook extension's "Category" metadata

Steps to reproduce:
I've been using the Cardbook extension so far to manage my contacts. It provides a "Category" metadata that I've been using a lot to sort my contacts. Just installed Thunderbird 102 and accessed my contact list via Imap.
Actual results:
Contacts are here, and the main info about them too, but the "Category" metadata seems to be missing.
Expected results:
Would it be possible to implement the availability of this specific metadata?

Yes it would now be pretty low hanging fruit.
