Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-10-10) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://eaxcis.allstate.com/Anon/Default.aspx?timeout=1&returnurl=https%3A//eaxcis.allstate.com/
- Observe the "Can't find something on AXCiS? "sentence.
Expected Behavior:
The "Click to chat" link button is present and the chat option can be opened.
Actual Behavior:
The "Click to chat" link button is missing and the chat option is unavailable.
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.
- Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
- Screenshot is attached.

They are relying on LivePerson for the chat (https://lptag.liveperson.net/tag/tag.js?site=22329710), which is blocked as a tracker. The best we probably can do here is to allow users to opt into just allowing the tracked resources needed for the chat.
