  1. Access any Discourse instance where you have an account. https://discourse.mozilla.org is probably a good one!
  2. Click the "reply" button on any post

Expected:

The reply popover should appear over the contents.

Actual:

The reply popover briefly appears, but then the viewport is scrolled all the way to the bottom and the reply thingie becomes inaccessible again.

99% sure the regression range is wrong. This is bug 1797703.

Yeah, it looked weird, but it gave me the same patch two times. No idea why. (I'll just blame Ventura)
