On pages using Japanese fonts, many of the characters are rendered as symbols
and are thus illegible. This seemed to occur after the November 11, 2002 build.
Before November 11, all Japanese characters rendered legibly. This problem
occurs on most Japanese language sites, but on some sites (like Yahoo Japan) it
is not a problem.

Reporter:
Could you please describe more detail about your problem?
I just installed a 11-15 Chimera build, and I couldn't find anything wrong when
load Japanese web page, e.g. http://www.asahi.com, http://www.yomiuri.co.jp,
http://www.mainichi.co.jp...etc.
Which web site that you saw the problem?
This site is good example: http://homepage.mac.com/notex/osx/

I think I know what's the problem:
Display garble with those pages that doesn't has meta charset, e.g.:
the page that reported mentioned above, http://www.geocities.co.jp,
http://shopping.yahoo.co.jp, ...etc.
Confirm this in 11-15 Chimera build.
Seems the auto-detector has some problem on with Chimera.
This won't be the problem with moziila cause there is charset menu there.
Change component to Chimera.
