ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://chaturbate.com/
2. Open multiple streaming videos.
3. Set all videos to a minimum of 1080p quality.
4. Wait 5-10 minutes.
5. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
No performance issues are observed.

Actual Behavior:
Increase in memory usage.

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD.
• Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.

Note: I waited less than 5 min before recording the performance.

For the record: Watching 1080p+ and multiple streams is great for making the problem obvious quickly, but it's not required to trigger it in the first place. A single 720p stream leaks at about ~25MiB/minute.

The performance regression is triggered by blocking the bam.nr-data.net. It seems the page will leak memory if the script of this domain is blocked.
