Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 With no windows open, User can select "New... Navigator Tab" from the File menu, because it is not dimmed. However, nothing happens. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close all windows 2. Select "New... Navigator tab" from the File Menu. Observe that the menu item is not dimmed, and that nothing happens. 3. Hit Command-T. Observe that nothing happens Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: If no windows are open, "New..Navigator Tab" should open a new window, with only one tab, especially since the menu item is not dimmed. Rationale: The user doesn't have to manually open a window in order to visit a bookmark, or to get to a page via an Event. This is related to bug 181560 that I reported about Chimera. The difference here is that Chimera dims it (making it a feature request for that product), but Mozilla doesn't (making it a minor bug).
