In bug 1799042, we implemented a way package as a .deb XPI langpacks. After testing what nightly currently generates, the XPI file isn't installed at the right location.

Expected: usr/lib/firefox-nightly/distribution/extensions/langpack-fr@firefox.mozilla.org.xpi
Actual: usr/lib/firefox-nightly-l10n-fr/distribution/extensions/langpack-fr@firefox.mozilla.org.xpi

Summary: nightly .deb don't get localized → nightly .deb packages don't get localized
