Note
- When the user plays a video and launches the PiP and then attempts to resize it to a very small version, he will notice that it can be made much too small, causing the buttons to spill out.

Affected versions
- Nightly v113.0a1
- ESR v102.0esr
Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: MacOS 11
- Unaffected platforms: WIndows 10, Ubuntu 22
Steps to reproduce
- Load any video
- Launch the PiP.
- resize the pip as small as possible.
Expected result
- The PiP has a small limit where the 4 buttons are displayed and accessible.
Actual result
- The PiP can be resized much too small, causing the buttons to spill.
Regression range
- Not a recent regression since it also occurs in ESR.
Additional notes
- This might be an issue specific to some display resolutions or devices considering it might not occur on all MacOS systems.
