Note

• When the user plays a video and launches the PiP and then attempts to resize it to a very small version, he will notice that it can be made much too small, causing the buttons to spill out.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load any video
2. Launch the PiP.
3. resize the pip as small as possible.

Expected result

• The PiP has a small limit where the 4 buttons are displayed and accessible.

Actual result

• The PiP can be resized much too small, causing the buttons to spill.

Regression range

• Not a recent regression since it also occurs in ESR.

Additional notes

• This might be an issue specific to some display resolutions or devices considering it might not occur on all MacOS systems.
