Steps To reproduce:
- Open Web page with large size image
e.g, https://support.mozilla.org/ja/ - Open Page Info > Media
- Select a big image
- Narrow the dialog width
Actual Results:
Image preview aspect ratio is changed when narrow dialog size.

Expected Results:
The aspect ratio should not change.
A horizontal scrollbar should be provided if the width of the image is greater than the width of the box.
