Steps to reproduce:

In a folder with about 10 or more messages, select and delete the 1st and 3rd message.

Actual results:

The header of the 2nd message (now on 1st position) is now displayed for the 4th message in the message list (now on 2nd position).

Expected results:

This is only in 116 Daily, not on 115 beta.

The patch for bug 1837041 seems to fix this.

Thanks. Maybe it also fixes bug 1840787 which is about the same thing for unified folders.

Works fine in 116.0a1 (2023-06-29) with bug 1837041 (and bug 1840007) included. Please close the bug and clear the NI.
