Steps to reproduce:

- Observe the page
Expected Behaviour:
The page loads.
Actual Behaviour:
The page is blank.
Notes:
- Screenshot provided
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Reproduciblw with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
