There is no easy way to reset the "always do this" to a MIME type.
For example, i accidentally told phoenix to always save .PLS files to disk, so
now whenever i go to play an MP3 stream, it saves the playlist file to disk,
rather than downloading the playlist file, sending the .PLS to winamp, then
having winamp start playing an available MP3 stream.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Phoenix
2. Go to www.digitallyimported.com
3. Click on a "tune in" link
4. Click "save to disk"
5. Click off the "always ask" checkbox.
6. Continue
Actual Results:
The bug happens when i perform the steps.
Expected Results:
There should be a way to edit mime types, or at least reset them all. I read
about a way to do this with mozilla, but i couldnt find how to do it in phoenix.

I believe I have a simmilar bug.
Early in my use with Pheonix, version 0.4 I couldn't tell you what build, using
Win 2000, I tried to open a .wpd (Word Perfect Document) by opening the file
instead of saving to disk. I edited the mime settings to always handle .wpd
files with wordperfect. My problem comes from any other time I try to download a
file. Pheonix automatically appends the .wpd extension to the filename I'm
trying to download.
I haven't been able to reproduce this bug, because I haven't had access to other
machines, and uninstalling/removing (the) pheonix (directory) does not change
anything.
I'm curretnly using this build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US;
rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5, on Windows 2000

The fact that the "pick application" dialog has the "always ask" checkbox
unchecked by default is really bad (because it will only ask the first time).
This should be trivial to fix and should be done ASAP.
This bug is reproducible on all the platforms and is very annoying....
couple of workarounds here
http://www.mozillazine.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10564
Can somebody chage the platform to all?
Thanx
