before this is checked in, i've got a question: why is the access key in the
middle of the word being capitalized? they're usually underlined --but if what
you're doing is underlining the first letter of the word, then cool.
btw, piers, thanks for submitting these patches. :)

Why can't all of these this just be one bug?
Like "Capitalize accesskeys where the wrong letter is underlined"
Asked on irc and was told (by timeless i think) to make one bug per file modified.
In future shall i just make one bug for all changes like this?
