This change is needed for people with vision problems: Please make it possible
for users to put a font-size icon on their Toolbar, so users can more quickly
select "larger" or "smaller". People with vision problems have to use this icon
frequently, and it is nuisance to have to keep going to the View menu to access
this feature. I realize there is a keyboard option, but it is even more of a
nuisance to keep taking one's hands off the mouse to find the appropriate keys.

For an example of what I am looking for, see Microsoft Internet Explorer. I am
not a big fan of this browser, but at least Microsoft lets users put a font-size
icon on their Toolbar. I often use MS-IE for just this reason.
