Heya Folks, While translating the certs_help.html file for the Dutch localization i noticed that it has dropped "to" where it now reads 'have indicate'. Mazzel, Martijn

Also, the word "don't" is missing an apostrophe in that sentence.

Corrects "dont have indicate" to "don't have to indicate".

Just checked out a fresh copy of the repository ... The patch is OK, just needs to be commited by someone with write priviliges granted ... P.S. I've come across a lot of cosmetic things like this during translation, if you grant me write acccess i'll fix them, else i'll just keep filing bugs ...
