Adding initial seed dependencies. You may make this bug depend on another bug if
that bug fits the following criteria:

1) Can be fixed, to your knowledge, by changing only chrome files
2) what needs doing is obvious from the bug
3) Fixing it would not be controversial

If you find a bug on the list which does not meet these criteria, please remove
it. Also, please remove fixed bugs - they are just noise in this case.

If you are fixing these bugs, please do not systematically work your way through
them - leave some for others ;-) After you've practised on a few, please go out
and run some queries for other bugs to fix!

For users that are new to Bugzilla, you can mouse over the bug numbers in the
dependency list to see their summaries or you can click the Show dependency tree
link <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showdependencytree.cgi?id=104624> to see a
sort of tree view that has all the bug summaries.

Neil, I'm sure you love ChatZilla, but over half of the bugs you added cannot be
fixed with Patch Maker - primarily because it's hard to create totally new files
using Patch Maker, but also because some of them required C++ code.

If anyone has other bugs you think should block this bug, please add a comment
and I'll add any appropriate dependencies. Thanks :-)

bug 118431 will be easy to fix with patchmaker. small changes, no new files, 
non-controversial...

76164 is _way_ too complex to fix using the patch-manager.  Removing from
dependencies.

I'm fairly new to patchmaker, and I'm going to add some easy to fix bugs to the
depends list. Should I just do that but leave it assigned to nobody?
