The Priority field is not descriptive as it stands now. Which one is the
highest priority, P1 or P5? Very many Bugzilla installations (I haven't found
an installation using P1-P5 in the wild.) customize this value to be something like
urgent
high
medium/normal
low
I propose adopting a similar scheme in stock Bugzilla.

Before I forget: I will/can make a patch for this if the idea is accepted.

Note this affects new installations only, this will not have any affect on
existing installations.
The down side of renaming them this way is that outside of MySQL (which keeps
them in order by their relative positions in the enum) an alpha sort will put
them out of order if the buglist is exported to Excel for example...
Should they be perhaps prefixed with a number?
0-urgent
1-high
2-medium
3-low
4-none
or so forth? (the enclosed patch doesn't do that, just putting it up for
discussion).

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist. This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it. If you
are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.
