The help copy for the Advanced | Cache page does not include a description of
what Link Prefetching does. Also, the copy regarding Memory Cache is now obsolete.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate the menu to Edit | Preferences...
2. Select Advanced | Cache
3. Click Help button
Actual Results:
Help window appears without complete help copy.
Expected Results:
Help window appears with complete help copy.
