Why not give the user the opportunity to change the encoding right from the dialog box for better ease of use? Anyone working with or communicating in a foreign language will appreciate this simple feature. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compose a message with some kanji characters in Western (ISO-8859-1) window. 2. Try to send it. 3. Look at the dialog box. Actual Results: Dialog box appeared: "The message you composed contains characters not found in the selected Character Encoding," which gives you "OK" and "Cancel" Expected Results: Should give you a way to change the selected encoding and try again without having to go back into the main program menu. In case you need some kanji to work with: 今日
