<li>s' margin and bullet in 2nd list must be as same as 1st list, only differ in
direction.

I think Mozilla has this bug at least since ver 1.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I can't make Persian/Arabic nested lists correct even with css.



Expected Results:  
i think it's problem is in XSL:FO render engine.
