Linux 12-08-08-M12 commercial build:

The twisty "triangle" should disappear after Empty Trash for Trash's subfolders

Right now, since the delete folders not implement yet, so I just create
subfolders for Trash for testing bug#20415....in the meantime, I found that the
triangle sign did not disappear after I empty trash for the subfolders under
trash folder.

Will check Windows & Mac later

Reassign to putterman to make sure we're telling the truth to RDF. If so, I
guess it's a tree bug.

this is a dup of another bug.  It's the one where twisties don't go away after
deleting items beneath them.  Taking a guess it's a dup of 10208.
