Both the Remove and Customize Panel button resize much larger when they are clicked in the Customize Sidebar dialogue. They return to their correct size when a different current panel is selected. Also, the first click does not trigger the correct event, i.e. when you have to click on remove twice to actually remove the panel, because the first click just resizes it. To reproduce, simply open the sidebar, click on customize, and click on remove. Happens on all platforms using 12/9 builds.
