There are so many different bugs associated with the bookmarks context menu, I need this to keep track. Some might get duped against others later as I get a better handle on the issue. I think the fix for 210910 should fix pretty much everything else too, but I'm not sure enough to mark everything dependent on that bug.

I'm a user here, not a programmer. Do I report NEW bugs in bookmark context menus here, or do I open a new bug and link it here? I'm a windows user with endless years of familiarity with IE. I tried using Phoenix 0.6 and went away again. Now I'm using Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0) on XP/SP2 and the context menu is not operating the way I expect it to. I expect that the right-click context menu should produce the same result as the menukey. If I use the mouse to open the bookmarks, see one I no longer want and right-click it to delete it, that works. If I use alt-B to open the bookmarks, arrow down to the surplus bookmark, and hit the menukey, I get a context menu for the web page, not a context menu for the menu item.

Bug 297710 might fall into this category.
