Followup to bug 217886 and bug 215041 (and others apparently)

The patches to add _main as a target (and to change them to case-sensitive)
required changes to seven locations in five different files.  As brought up by
Brendan, this should be consolidated.

This is a docshell issue, actually.  The docshell is what handles all this
targeting stuff.  Perhaps one of the many interfaces it implements should have
some functions to get info on a particular target name?
