User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.5rc1 for OS X With Mozilla 1.4 on Windows 2000 I am able to drag and drop a link from the address field, or a web page, to the personal toolbar. The link will be added and it will then stay. Trying the same thing with Mozilla 1.4 or Mozilla 1.5rc1 on MacOS X has not effect. It does not stick. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Drag a link to the pesonal toolbar. Actual Results: The link does not get added. Expected Results: The link should have been added.

Do you have a Personal Toolbar folder? Click on Bookmarks and see if it's listed there.
