Details
The list of current panels is blank in the sidebar. This prevents you from using
anything but the default list of panels. This is *unrelated* to the current M13
tip sidebar problems, as this is occurring on final M12 bits and is okay on both
Windows and Linux. There are a few other problems, I wonder if it is a packaging
issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Click on Customize button in sidebar
Actual Results: Under "Panels currently in Sidebar", there is nothing, even
though in the Sidebar, the default list of panels shows up.
This is on a final M12 commercial build on Mac. Linux/Windows OK. I will release
note.
