Details
(Keywords: meta)
This is a tracking bug for all problems in Mozilla with URL schemes such as:
userinfo@host
This encompasses HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, Gopher, and any other relevant protocol. This
metabug will track all bugs that specifically relate to "username:password@host"
problems.
There are some security concerns, some usability concerns, and some other
concerns relative to this kind of URL scheme. This bug is not the place for
discussing those concerns. If you have something to say, say it elsewhere.
If you want to help add or remove dependencies, you're welcome to.
