I think it will soon be fixed since there is another related bug that's getting fixed for this particular "round corner" issue. german, can you add comments then close this one?
this will be fixed as soon as we have the replaced the rounded corner placeholder images by 'real' CSS styles. Hoping for before beta1, but can't guarantee it.

this will likely go away once we look at restructuring/simplifying the toolbars for m16, which we need to do as a skinnability requirement anyway.
