I have no listing.xml because of a new roaming user on apache, mozilla tries to
download, can't find, hangs idle. Then I created this file on server (touch) and
started mozilla again, worked.

I *think* this is fixed in bug 246710. Maybe same cause as bug 244589, so see there.
