Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a web page containing images.
2. With the mouse pointer over a JPEG image, choose "Save Image As..."

Actual Results:  
".htm" is appended to the correct file name.
"Save as type:" defaults to "Web Page, HTML only" (with no other choice available)


Expected Results:  
The file name should (typically) end with ".jpg".
Default type should be "JPEG Image".

The workaround is simple: delete the trailing ".htm" from the suggested file name.

This incorrect behavior does not occur very often; but when it does, it seems
sticky. Reloading the page sometimes help, but not always.

I have experienced a slight variance of this bug on Windows Server 2003 when trying to save and image (GIF or JPEG) from a web page using the "Save Image As..." right click menu option. The "Save Image As..." dialog opens but the "Save as type" select box is empty and no options are avilable, although the image saves as usual in any case.

The "Save as type:" select box should contain "GIF Image", "JPEG Image" or nother such string depending on the file type.

I am able to reproduce this in FF2.
