The IMAP server I use is pretty busy and often throws me out if I idle too long
and Thunderbird displays a "You've been loged out or network problem"-box.
I know the server behaves badly, but so does Thunderbird.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get the IMAP server to kick you out.

Expected Results:
Thunderbird should try to log in again and do whatever action it tried. If after
this repeated login, the problem still exists, report it to me.

this is a dup of bug 196095, which is fixed. the others look like dups as well.
