Indeed. The layout is copied. The font and some of the colours are copied. The headers are copied. The tab titles are copied. http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/licensing/website-markup.html "You may use the HTML and CSS files on www.mozilla.org or other mozilla.org websites for your web site - as long as you don't use the visual design or style (the colors, gradients, fonts, etc.). In other words, you can use the HTML and/or CSS code, but it should not look like you took our page and dropped in your logo." http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ (http://www.getfirefox.com/) also has "Copyright © 1998–2005 The Mozilla Organization" at the bottom of the page.
I think this would fall more under copyright violation than trademark violation. fwiw, I think that first line should read "You may copy HTML and CSS code on www.mozilla.org"

For what it's worth, this doesn't bother me. It's a parody - It made me laugh.
Steven, if you really don't mind this and no one else seems to have an objection since, obviously, this is a parody (and may even fall within legal rights to copy work like this), can you please close this bug as a WONTFIX?
It's a parody - enjoy it!
