User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 I can go to any site, view a news story with FF, select the print icon from the toolbar, select the "Adobe PDF" printer and click 'OK'. Firefox hangs, IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 and Opera v8.5 (build 7700) do not. In the background, I am running Apache 2.0.54 with PHP 5.0.4. I also have: Konfabulator 2.1.1, Norton Systemworks 2003, LogMeIn client v2.20.475, DynDNSUpdater v3.0.0 (build 4), Microsoft Antispyware Beta1 v1.0.615, Skype v1.3.0.57, Zone Alarm Pro v6.0.667.000, SAM (answering machine for Skype) v1.0.4.0, and Windows Cinema Manager v1.8.2 (using InterVideo's WinDVD v6 Platinum). When it hangs, I have to use task manager or click the "X" in the upper right corner. Then I'm asked if I want to report a bug to Microsoft. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.click print icon in toolbar or chose Print from File pulldown menu 2.select the 'Adobe PDF' printer 3.click OK Actual Results: FF hangs Expected Results: generated a PDF file

Is this really a crash? Can you install Firefox with talkback and see if you can get a talkback ID? Also, is this reproducible with Firefox 1.5 beta? http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback

To bug opener and all problem reporters: Same question as Bug 351762. Does your crash or hang or freeze occur even after Adobe Reader 8.1?

No response to Comment #2 for nearly one year... Closing as INCOMPLETE. To Reporter: Crash/hang with Adobe Reader still occurs even after Adobe Reader 8, but it seems to be limited in very special situation. See dependency tree for meta Bug 336184. If you will encounter crash/hang/freeze problem, open new bug with setting dependency to Bug 336184, please.
