Confirming: Windows XP Thunderbird 20051106 Although if I have Adaptive Filter on and simply turn if off, the drop down never enables.

I am not sure I can follow the steps to reproduce. It seems the configuration has changed since. Can somebody please update the steps for Thunderbird 13? The junk settings panel in account manager has many shortcomings (compared to other panels), maybe this is one of them.
