If you drag & drop one subfolder from one account to another should ask if the folder should be copied or move. When moved the message-filters should be updated.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a subfolder in account 1
2. create an message-filter for that subfolder
3. drag & drop the folder to an other account
Actual Results:
folder is copied
Expected Results:
TB should ask if the folder should be copied or moved.
When moved TB should ask if the message-filter should be updated.

This looks both easier and safer than not providing cross-account moves of folders at all and thus forcing users to delete the source folder after copying to the other account.
Might be a good compromise to offer cross-account moves while preserving the ux-error-prevention of not allowing cross-account moving by default. Advantages of this proposal:
- allow cross-account moving, but only with explicit user consent (ux-error-prevention)
- prevent unwanted data duplication from current default, cross-account copy.
- remove hassle from inted cross-account move (currently requires copy and delete source)
