We should rename the "browser.display.screen_resolution" pref after removing the UI for it (bug 326329) so that users who have set it in weird ways don't continue to suffer the effects. I propose "layout.css.dpi" as the new name.

Probably we need to add new setting name in all.js to BeOS section too.
As this patch breaks rendering for point-sized fonts in BeOS for big screens (like with width 1960 and more)
