Reproduce: Change only keywords in a bug. Actual result: You'll see a page, which states "Email msgs sent to [...]", but no email is sent. Expected result: The page says the truth, i.e. either mail are actually sent or the msg doesn't appear. I'm pretty sure this is not a bug. People do get email for keywords changes if they have signed up for the new email system, but not if they are still on the old system.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product. This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened. Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of resolutions. Sorry for the spam everyone...
