This worksforme with 032708 build under NT. This is not critical, downgrading to Severity Major. adding pp keyword and-> Networking

I don't see how this is blocked by 38960, but that bug has been resolved WORKSFORME.

I am unable to load the URL given, http://www.opera.no/opera_0125.tar.gz, and other downloads work for me on Linux. resolving as WFM, please reopen if you're still seeing this.

the file does not exist anymore, and I too can download files fine with my build. tested on linux 2000092810 MN6 comm build.
