Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have an empty "Bookmark Toolbar Folder" 2. Go to any website. 3. Switch from maximized windows to any sized window. Actual Results: The document window moves up and down until I close and restart the browser or add a link to the "Bookmark Toolbar Folder".
